Rules for the Double Elimination Trap Tournament

Practice is available from 2:30 PM until 4:30 PM. The last practice(s) cannot begin after 4:30 PM.

Your team shoots only at it's scheduled time(s).

There is no individual or team shoot-aheads in the tournament.

Please have your team's scoresheet filled out and rounds paid at least 15-minutes before your scheduled time.

Only five team members shoot for score in each match. Shooting team members can alternate between matches.

Please return your team's scoresheet promptly to the clubhouse so your team score can be calculated and posted.

The tournament seeding for each league is determined by a random drawing.

Teams competing in head-to-head matches shoot on adjacent fields.

If your team cannot field a full squad of five shooters up to two "Blind" shooters will be given a default score of 15.

A "Bye" team will be used when a trap league has an odd number of teams.

Your team will be eliminated from the tournament after it loses twice.

All shooters handicaps, which are determined after Week 8, will be used for scoring throughout the tournament.

If your match ends in a tie, the winning team will be determined by the following methods (in the order listed):

  1. The "Longest Dead Run" from the back (25th target).

  2. The "Longest Dead Run" from the front (1st target).

  3. A coin flip.
