The 3M Trap and Skeet Club welcomes all our returning and new members this year.
The 2025 Trap, Skeet, and 5-Stand season is fast approaching and the 3M Range will be opening on Tuesday, April 8.
Important Range Opening Time Change
This year the 3M Range will be opening at 3:30 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The 3M Range will be open for open trap and skeet shooting on April 8/9 and April 15/16.
Trap 16-yard league officially beings April 22/23 and runs for sixteen weeks. There is a two week break for the Mid-season Trap Tournament on June 17/18 and June 24/25. The league resumes July 1/2 ending on August 19/20.
Skeet leagues officially begins April 22/23 and runs for eighteen weeks ending on August 19/20.
5-Stand opening and league schedule will be coming soon.
7th Annual Skeet Training Day
The 3M Trap & Skeet club is sponsoring our 7th Annual Skeet Training Day at the 3M Range located at the 3M Cottage Grove Facility. The 3M Range address is:
9600 105th St. Court South, Cottage Grove, MN 55016.
Skeet training is on Saturday, April 5th and it begins at 10:00 AM and runs until 3:00 PM.
The intent of this training is twofold. First, we want to invite those individuals who have a desire to learn more about skeet. (Skeet 101, per se) Secondly, for those who are more advanced, teach them the skills which will take them to the next level in their abilities. For those who are relatively new to skeet, we will start with the basics of the game. Essentially, the rules and techniques to allow you to have fun and compete. For advanced shooters: we are looking to “tune” your techniques so you can compete on the next level and have a good time in the process.
Sign up here and it is first come first serve basis upon the receipt of your completed form and fees. You will be confirmed via email.
