Time is passing rapidly this summer and we already find ourselves entering Week 8 of our Trap and Skeet leagues and continuing our 5-Stand and Senior leagues.
***Mid-Season Trap Tournament Update***
This year our Mid-Season Trap Tournament will start two weeks later this year - beginning on Jun 30-July 1 and ending on July 7-8. This means the first week of the trap tournament starts after Week 10 of the trap league.
Traditionally, the first week of the trap tournament began after Week 8 of the trap league. However, conflicts with Minnesota High School State Trap Championship prevented many club members from participating in the trap tournament. Therefore, the trap directors scheduled the trap tournament two weeks later this year.
2026 Range Trappers
This an update for all our trap league members who are noticing we do not have sufficient Range Trappers at the start of league competition. There are two factors; one new, one historical: 1) This year the club had to find a new employment agency, which delayed our hiring process, and 2) in nearly most cases our Ranger Trappers have school or other commitments until early- to mid-May. The club is working diligently to have a full contingency of Range Trappers working the range.
In the meantime, please be patient and help with scoring trap rounds and help load the Pat-Traps during our open hours. It is greatly appreciated.
